Fresh French or Italian Black Truffle

Truffles have long been considered some of the most sought after and prized food items in the world. There is no comparison in the flavour of a fresh truffle and anything else in the culinary world. Aroma can be described as earthy, with hints of cheese, chocolate, and possible undertones of strawberry.

Flavour is intense and can be described as peppery, with a touch of sweet chocolate and mushroom cheese. Serve fresh on dishes by shaving on top of a pasta dish or omelet. Truffles can also be featured in a pate, cheese spread, or butter.

In order to provide customers with high-quality products, we only accept pre-orders for fresh products. 

Please order online and we will arrange for pickup or ship to you (Ontario GTA area only). 

We do same-day free delivery on fresh product orders over $200 in GTA(most areas), and $10 delivery charges on orders under $200.
