Pines, also known as Matsutake, are one of the most beloved wild mushrooms in Japan and North America. Fresh Pine mushrooms are only available between September to November every year. Close to 80% of Canadian Pine mushrooms are mostly exported to Japan. Pine season starts in late August and lasts to early November. We are the only outlet in Eastern Canada that has Fresh Pine available consistently .

With an undeniable fragrance and sweet and spicy flavour, it can go well with variety of dishes. They are high in vitamin B, proteins and dietary fiber, which are essential to maintain your body’s metabolism.  It is a must try for everyone.

Please excuse us in adjusting the price from week to week. This year's harvest was poor compared to last year and we are competing with large exporters delivering to Japan by air. Most of the top grade fresh pine are exported to Japan.

The top-grade Pine mushrooms comes in 1 kg baskets. In order to provide customers with high-quality products, we only accept pre-orders for fresh mushrooms. 

Please order online and we will arrange for pickup or ship to you (Ontario GTA area only). 

We do same-day free delivery on fresh mushroom orders over $200 in GTA(most areas), and $10 delivery charges on orders under $200.
