Wild Arctic Sea Cucumber Congee


Arctic Sea Cucumber Slices    100g
Peeled Shrimp                         100g
Celery Cubes                      50-100g
Shredded Ginger                          5g
Rice                                          100g
Salt                                   as desired



1: In a large pot, add water and washed rice, bring the water and rice to a boil, then turn the heat down to medium-low keep boiling for about 15 minutes until the rice is soft and cooked. For a better flavor, you can use chicken soup or bone soup instead of water.

2: Add the arctic sea cucumber, peeled shrimp, celery cubes, shredded ginger to the congee, and simmer with the lid off for about 15 minutes until the sea cucumber is cooked, when simmering, please stir the rice to make sure it’s not sticking to the bottom.

3: Turn off the heat, add some salt as desired. Then the delicious congee is ready to serve on table.
