40g Dried wild pine mushroom
2-3LB chicken (cut into small pieces)
3 pieces ginger slices
a little bit salt as desired
1: Wash the dried pine mushroom a couple of times and rinse thoroughly. Then soak the dried pine mushroom with warm water for about 30 minutes until soft.
2: Boil 3 Liters water in a large pot. Once the water boils, add the chicken into the pot. Keep boiling for 5 minutes.
