Arctic Sea Cucumber Slices 200g
Pork Ribs 1lb
Peeled lotus root cubes 1lb
Ginger slices 5 slices
1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the pork ribs to blanch. Once the water is boiling again, let it cook for three more minutes, then turn off the heat, drain, and wash the pork ribs clean.
2: Bring another pot of water to a boil, then add sea cucumber and ginger slices into the pot, let it boil for 1 minutes, and turn off the heat, wash the sea cucumbers with cold water.
3: Put pork ribs, lotus root cubes and ginger slices into a pot, add enough water and bring the water to a boil, then turn down the heat to medium-low, keep boiling for 60-90 minutes.
4: Put arctic sea cucumber slices into pot, simmer for another 30 minutes with low heat.
5: Add some salt as desired. And then serve on table.
