How to rehydrate Wild Arctic Sea Cucumber?

1: The room temperature should under 25℃ during soaking arctic sea cucumber, if the temperature is too high, we recommend to soak in the refrigerator.

2: The average size arctic sea cucumber usually takes 72 hours until soften, and the extra large arctic sea cucumber needs to be soaked for another day, during soaking, the water should be changed daily.

3: At the beginning of the third day (48 hours later), put the sea cucumber in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes, then simmer for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and allow the water cool down. Then soak for another 12-24 hours. Tips: The pot used for boiling arctic sea cucumber should not have any oil stains.

4: At this time, the taste of arctic sea cucumber is relatively crispy, if you like the softer taste, you can soak for another one or two days. But pay attention that water must be changed every 24 hours, and there must be no oil stains in container.

5: The well soaked arctic sea cucumber can be frozen in the refrigerator and taken when needed.
