A chaga smoothie can be made from whatever you prefer. If you’re making a chaga smoothie, sky’s the limit. Here is one chaga smoothie recipe you can try:
Makes: 3 servings
Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 mango, 5 large strawberries, chaga tincture.
--> Put fruit and coconut milk in the blender (add ice cubes if you like)
--> Blend until smooth
--> When nice and smooth, add 15 drops of chaga tincture and blend
--> ENJOY your chaga smoothie!
Chaga Muffin
These tasty delights are not hard to make, this chaga muffin recipe is another favourite:
Makes: 12 muffins
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients: 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 cup of honey, 1 egg, 1 cup of milk, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 6 teaspoons of chaga extract/tincture.
--> Preheat oven to 400° F (250° C)
--> In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
--> In a small bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Stir in the milk and oil.
--> Pour the liquid into the large bowl (with the flour and other ingredients). Add the chaga tincture or extract and gently fold the ingredients together with a fork until moistened.
--> Pour the batter into paper-lined muffin pan cups.
--> Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown

Chaga Ice Cream – Chocolate Edition
Yes, you can also use chaga mushrooms on ice cream. You can treat this not so healthy dessert into a healthy superfood treat. Here is one for the chocolate lovers out there:
Makes: 2
Time: 30 minutes – 1 hour
Ingredients: 3 bananas, 4 oz chocolate, 1 cup of cream, 1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder, 2 tsp chaga extract or tincture.
--> Mix everything in a blender until smooth
--> If you want a smoother finish, add real cream and sugar, and prepare in an ice cream maker.
--> ENJOY your chocolate chaga ice cream!
